Let's say I was getting to know a girl to marry, and of course I would be visting her quite often. What is the best gift to take her? or should I not spoil her with gifts so soon?

For my female fans, don't worry I'm still single, this is just a hypothetical question.

hum...well i would love it if a guy got me flowers, chocolate or jewelry, so i don't know whats wrong with that. Us girls will never get tired of that. The BEST present u give a girl other than that, is to show her 'how much trouble you went through to get her the present' other than that, girls love it if you buy expensive stuff foe them. I think you should make like a card or something yourself and then give her a big stuffed animal. that would be sweet. well anyhow, don't shower her over with so many presents as she will take advantage of it..

i am a girl and i don't want a man with a half of brain buying me with flowers , jewelry etc...

i want a MAN who has strong faith, who is able to understand, listen and love me for who i am NOT for how i look like or what size i wear !!

flowers, jewelry and all that will do me no good and it is a completly waste of money !!

it is cool when someone buys me a gift but i would prefer a nice words of comfort and appreciation than a pack of chocolate and a dozen of flowers !!

I don't know about other girls, but personally..

I don't like a bunch of flowers unless they are really big and nicely decorated ..which is pretty expensive lol. I prefer a single rose.

I love my jewelerry, a ring is perfect, it's something you'd like to wear most of the time. What's cuter and thoughtful is if you had something engraved for her. Chocolates - no, Perfume - not until after the marriage (i'm sure she'd like to have your favourtie fragrance on when you are married, you want your own choice on before marraige).

A meal to a fancy restraunt is nice, but it's not always nice if its not just the 2 of you lol. Maybe an asian suit.. just make sure it's the right size.. too small will make her think she's fat and too big will make her think you think she's fat loll... Women are trciky :P

Honestly. I think don't get her used to gifts too much too soon, otherwise she may expect too much of you in the future. Do something simple but thoughtful and not too often. We like to know you went through alot of trouble for what you have done it makes us feel worth more, but we like to be treated then the time is right so that it means more. Also, we don't like something typical that takes no thought and is the obvious thing a guy would do for a girl, it just makes us feel like the rest to you. lol
