  1. warm baths, heating pads. try to excersize to, it relives the pain a little

  2. take 3 pamprin. heating pads. warm baths. walk alot to get rid of cramps ( it hurts but it works!).

  3. Warm baths help, drinking alot of water also helps the menstrual cycle, Gentle excercise...

I take Iron tablets to boost my mood because I get tired.

  4. i always find that drinking more water and a bit more excercise in the week before im due for my period helps loads.

somehow makes the period pains a lot better and i dont feel half as bloated. feel better about myself xx

  5. When I still got my periods, ( I do not get them anymore), I used to stop drinking gassy cool drinks or "sodas" for about a week before they start. I also used to drink lots of water prior to my period and I would eat dried fruits like dried prunes for about three days before the period because that ensured that my stools were always loose and I do not feel bloated.

I would do some exercises like walking or jogging during the month and have really hot baths during the difficult days.

Rubbing menthol rb on my back eased the pains during the nights.

A hot water bottle also helped ease the pains and cramps.

  6. I notice when I keep myself properly hydrated a few weeks before the period...I experience no stomach cramps and mood swings...but I still get bloated as h**l like I'm 3 months pregnant lol. And then I f**t alot. I don't know anyone else who farts so much like me when they get their period.

  7. Pretty much what people have already said. Take a warm bath (but not too hot), have something that makes you feel good like hot chocolate and lie in bed with a hot water bottle. Oh and watch a movie or something that makes you laugh to keep your mind off of it.

  8. I also get extremely tired when I have my period and nothing seems to help with that.  Midol apparently is supposed to helps with the bloating, fatigue etc.  I haven't tried it though.  Baths and reading and lots of sleep are my answer.  Hope these suggestions help!
