I went on the usavolleyball.org web site and found your region.  I was surprised that they do not have a web site.  

Email their commissioner to see if he can help.

I'm 14 and I live on Oahu and I've been playing club volleyball since I was  12

and I would reccomend to you maunalani ovc or onipaa

and if those dont suit you look on thus website

and look under club listings and there will be a list of different clubs that are certified
