Your lips aren't girly, but that picture is taken very awkwardly. Perhaps something more natural could help us out more. However, your facial bone structure is nice, though you aren't do it much justice with this particular picture.

thats a WEIRD picture. And if you didn't point out that your lips were girly, I wouldn't have thought so. But since you did, I can see what you mean. Your facial bone isn't girly, so I guess that's good

I think you have great bone structure and lips.
