  1. Bring something to pee in such as a 5 gallon bucket. Locate an area of the boat where you can hang a blanket or artivle of clothing to sufficiently give you privacy. Do your business and then later dump it in the water.

EDIT: Yes a 5 gallon bucket is a bit big, but I only suggest it because on a rocking boat, it will provide her with a toilet in which she can actually sit down.

  2. a 5 gallon bucket is pretty big...how about a large pickle jar with a s***w on lid maybe?

  3. Several of my lady boating friends, before their boats were big enough to HAVE toilets, just squatted off the back and pee'ed. You should ask the boat captain what his ( or her )other guests use if he doesn't have a toilet, doesn't THAT make more sense?  A couple of bigger ziploc freezer bags would work as well, to seal in stinkiness. LOL. Good luck.

  4. plan ahead, do not drink anything for a day

  5. My wife had the same problem.  What works for her is the 5 gallon bucket.  (For those who think it is excessive, the bucket makes it easier to sit down and maintain balance).  What we also have done is stop on small islands so she could do her business in the bushes, or, if need be, pull into a marina and find a restroom.  She's become more comfortable and now just hangs on and sticks her bum over the side of the boat.  So there's a few ideas.

    Good luck!

  6. The 5 gallon bucket has been doing the trick for a LONG time on small boats, mine included, most area's have a place to stop, if it's "P.P", no big deal and it contributes "ZERO" to pollution, If you put a Brown trout in the water, That's a "NO-NO", and what we are trying to avoid.  If it makes you feel any better, most people don't want you to use the "HEAD" (that's what a bathroom is called on a boat) because, it's difficult to clean, and must be "Pumped out" at a sanitary facility when filled.

  7. bring biotoilet with you.

  8. Have them put a pota toilet if a cabin>If not a 5 gallon bucket and add water first>

  9. Well you can do it the ye olde fashion way and sit on the gunwale and scream "thar she blows".

But seriously, a 5 gallon bucket might be a tad excessive, especially if you just have to whiz.  The pickle jar (a fairly large one) with a lid would be fine.  I wouldn't dump       into a lake or river if you don't have to.  There are places along lakes and rivers for RV's to dump black water (waste).  The jar idea has an easy solution, a garbage can.

Just drape a blanket over you and viola your very own pee tent.

Good luck, have fun, and be safe!
