Girls help please??!! quick!!?

Question

i want to go in my pool for my evening swim.. but i'm at the end of my period. i would usually just put in a tampon,, but because i'm almost finished my peroid, i'm not bleeding hardly much at all. i don't know wether to put in the tampon and just take it out as soon as i get out. or to not wear one and risk bleeding a bit.. i don't know if i'm bleeding enough to put a tampon in.. should i not because i'm not reeally bleeding but i could very well at any time? [and i only have regular obsorbancy tampons!]

You should be fine! if you feel uncomfortable also use a panty liner

I would say use a light tampon, but since u only have regular..just use that..and once u get out of the pool, remove it and put on a pantyliner.  I don't see any harm being done..i would not get in the pool without one..think of WHAT COULD HAPPEN!

You should put one in just to be on the safe side. there is no harm in having one in. Some women even use them because they have a heavy discharge.

I would just put it in to put your mind at rest. You don't want to be worrying about leaking in the pool! It won't harm you to use the tampon, it just may be a bit uncomfortable to remove as it will be drier - you won't harm yourself tho!

If you're barely bleeding, I'd skip the tampon. Just stay active and in the water, and if you're bleeding a bit more than you thought no one will know the difference.

Just wear the tampon lady...why would you want to risk bleeding in a pool where other ppl will go ...nasty if you ask me...so yeah for the sake of others, just wear the tampon...

Get the lowest absorbency possible. Opt for a menstrual cup next month. Works whatever your flow is
