Question

well i am getting the present above for a girl i like who is also one of my closest friends. It is for her 21st birthday. I am good friends with her flatmates and i am not getting any of them anything like what i am getting for this girl.

Now using this info do u think she will realise that i like her. If she does what kind of reaction should i expect to from her if she likes me.

Also i am planning on telling her that i like her. Considering we are good friends do u think it will affect the friendship a lot if she says no to me considering i do not make her answer a big deal at all.

We love spending time together and have several times gone out on meals together alone.

Tell her your true feelings about her if she likes you too then, that would be great. if not, you have to move on and just stay friends to her.

It's lovely and I believe it sends the message you are looking to send.  Her reaction will depend on the circumstances when it is received.  She may not feel she can express how she truly feels about it in certain group settings.  Find a place and time to privately discuss it.

the necklace is beautiful, but because you have such a close friendship, i'm not sure if she will want to take it further and risk it. In my opinion, people who are the best of friends don't usually end up going out simply because of their friendship! I would try asking her though, and if she rejects just move on and accept it. just say, ok! and start a new conversation, to let her know that you want to stay friends and don't want to hang onto this idea. good luck! x.x.x.x

I think youve answered your own question...her reaction to the gift will probably tell you whether or not she likes you.

Girls tend to be quite intuitive so she will no doubt realise youve made extra effort with her gift. Let her take it from there, she may decide herself that she wants to question you and your 'relationship'.

that necklace is gorgeous! if i was her i would love it. if you are as good friends as you say you are, then if she says no (which i don't think will happen!), then you should still be able to be friends, without making things very awkward!

Hey,

It is a lovely gift and she will be shocked at it.She may figure out you like her after this but after giving her the present you should tell her. If she knocks you back kiss her on the cheek gently and say well happy birthday . I hope you like your present or somethign like that to break the ice. Then you must carry on like nothing ever happen and a few weeks or days after you have told her you like her go on a date with someone and make sure she finds out about it.She will then find out her true feelings for you. If she gets jealous then she likes you . if she doesnt then move on.
