Girls i need help right away?

im in comp class and i hve my per. and my stomach hurts and it feels lke im gnna throw up and i dnt even kno where the bathroom is

if you have cramps. this could cause you to feel sick, cramps effect people all different ways.  My BFF in HS always threw up with cramps.  FInd somewhere to lay down, and maybe munch on some crackers and sprite.  Maybe laying a heating pad over your tummy would help too.

Get Midol, and some Pepto Bismal tables to put in purse. Tablets are chew-able and will be easier and Quicker to take without leaving class.
