Girls on super bikes??

We all agree here then - there's nothing wrong with girls on bikes - However, your question suggests that perhaps THERE IS, actually something wrong with girls on bikes ????????

I have been riding for 'hundreds' of years now but  love it just as much today. (They've got faster).

I think it's great that more and more girls/women are taking up riding. - All we need now are more girls participating in MOTORCYCLE RACING !

Things have improved slightly since 2006 whereby there were 80 odd boys but only 3 girls in the Minitwins - 50ish boys, 5 girls in the 400's - and only 1 girl, 8 blokes in the Thunderbikes.

There were definitely a few more in 2007 but I can't be so exact ! - I retired at the end of 2007 from the Minitwins(SV650)series, so am unaware of the exact number of girls for 2008.

BUT WE DEFINITELY WANT MORE !! - SO COME ON GIRLIE'S - GET YOUR RACING HEADS ON, AND GO BURRRRRRN SOME RUBBER !!!!!!!!!!  (lol) - x*x -

I think its a combination of things. Firstly it could be the physical strength required. I don't mean girls cant be strong. its more the build requirement. most strong girls are big girls. Small and strong is the preferred setting. The second thing I think is that girls seem to have a bigger self preservation idea. this does not help when racing on the limit. Thirdly, I think girls don't bounce very well. ( off the tarmac ) there are the exceptions. I'm sure Girl Racer will kindly correct my assumptions. I would love to see more girls on the grid.(Racers) not sure i would approve of paddock 'boys' though.

There is something not quite right about a big hunky bloke holding an umbrella. or is that just me.

There is nothing wrong with girls on RACE bikes at all.

The only trouble, most RACE teams overlook female RACER'S as they dont have the same speed as the male racers.

The girls do look a lot better in racing leathers then then men do !

Nothing ! maybe some guys are afraid of getting beat by a women that old saying let the man win,,,i think women forgot about that and are kicking butt on super bikes, I think it looks good, keeping riding ladies : )

   now if you can just make to AMA that would impressive !~!!!
