  1. uh bathe

  2. The odor is most likely from sweat... which happens to everyone. When its hot out, or you have exercised... change your underwear more often. As well, make sure it is 100% cotton underwear as its more breathable. If you cannot shower immediately after exercise, wipe off with baby wipes.

As for a weak bladder, you will need to see your doctor. Trying going to the washroom before you feel an urge. You do need to see your doctor about it.

  3. I would suggest wearing Poise pads, then sprinkle them -lightly- with some fresh scented baby powder. And then just always keep a fresh pair of undies in your purse.

Can't think of much anything else to help with your two problems, other than that.

  4. okay, ignore those last comments (rude!). It's likely the kind of underwear you are wearing...make sure the material is breathable otherwise its easy for odour to built up (try 100% cotton, and stay away from those fancy silky/satiny materials when you're exercising, as they don't allow a lot of air to circulate down there). Also, its common for a thong to smell more then regular panties since its in such close contact with all your girlie bits. As for a weak bladder...if it happens when your working out (like running) then just try a panty liner to avoid little leaks from staining your clothes - but if its happening during regular day-to-day activities you should talk to your doctor and see what they suggest.

  5. This is most likely due to sweat. Drinking more water can sometimes help water down the smell down there. Also, after excercising, change your underware so that you can feel more fresh. I don't advise using a pad as these usually just make it hotter and are the perfect breeding ground for infections and bacteria. Be sure to wipe well. This tends to be a problem for a lot of women but there isn't much you can do about it other than to try and mask it.

you can use certain powders to dry up the moisture..but don't use arm and hammer like that dude said. that isn't what its for. use baby powder or feminine powder.

  6. Take a bath, if not for your sake for everyone's sake.

Otherwise sprinkle some Arm & Hammer down stairs.

    That will keep it fresh.

  7. There are small excercises you can do daily to get a stronger bladder.

You can also use water to wash after every toilet visit, just take a bag along with a small mineral water bottle.

And keep yourself shaved or trimmed, hairy skin seems to get smelly faster...

Edit: Stay away from talc powder, it is associated with cancer in the private areas...
