just under the b***s around your rib cage is your # size then you measuer the length of the boob  that is the cup size.  the best way to find a good cup size is to try some one. If you are between cup sizes you can go bigger on the around size and hook it into the next hooks. but it is better to fit the cup. a.b.c.d.dd.

tape measure and wrap it around and measure you bust and at stores it usually has a key so like what ever inches equals whatever size

1. Put on a bra

2. Take a tape measure and run it around the bottom part of the bra [the band] Record this number.

3. Measure the largest part of your b*****s [bust]

4. Subtract the difference of these numbers and then take the difference and compare it to these numbers:

    * less than 1 inch = AA cup

    * 1 inch = A cup

    * 2 inches = B cup

    * 3 inches = C cup

    * 4 inches = D cup

    * 5 inches = DD cup

    * 6 inches = E cup (US DDD)

    * 7 inches = F cup (US DDDD)

    * 8 inches = FF cup

    * 9 inches = G cup

You take the band size and put it with the cup size and there is your bra size
