  1. yes its normal, especially the first few days. but the last few days it should lighten up

  2. oh yeah its normal don't worry

mines been like that since i got 4 years ago

if you use tampons it makes it a lot easier

oh and Ponstan is the best drug in the world its for period pain and stuff like tthat

and it works the best over everything i've ever taken and i've had horrible pain since i've gotten it

    ask the chemist about Ponstan

  3. Periods are different for everyone. So, for you yeah its probably normal.

    But for me its not.

  4. yes, it is

don't worry, periods are irregular during the first few times you get them. they soon start to occur in patterns but can change depending on your diet (eg. eating less makes you skip periods)

if you wanna relieve cramps, i suggest heating a warm pack and laying it over your tummy - that always works!

  5. yes

at first it will be irregular and can get crazy, but it will soon even out and you will learn your personal cycle and be able to deal with it. just don't freak out, you're fine. Heaviness of flow varies for everyone so you just might be one with a lot of blood

  6. Hey it sounds like you're certainly having a bad time of it.

You should maybe book an appointment with your doc, s/he will be able to give you something for the pain, and also something that will regulate and lighten them for you!

In the meantime hot water bottle against where the pain is can  be comforting!

Book in asap though, you need to get sorted,

    good luck hun x

  7. if u just started u need at least two years for ur period to be regular..and if don't want so much blood after taking a shower..try turning on the water abit hotter and aim the water at ur stomach...heat makes the cycle pause abit or not make as much blood come out.. :))
