  1. Yes, you can run in a pad, but it's very uncomfortable. i just suggest that you try putting a tampon. It's comfortable, and plus you won't even know it's there when you run. But, if you do decide to wear a pad. wear long shorts, and be sure no one can see the adhesives on the outside of your panties!!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK!

  2. well, you can sit in any position axcept with your legs spread out lol in pe u might want to TRY a  tampon over the summer but you will be fine i just starte mine too

  3. your fine . why dont you just get a tampon. you can do n e thing with that and you dont really have to worry aobut it leaking.

  4. You can do pretty much every thing except swim. But I strongly recommend not to do any activities that require you to open you re legs. But really getting you re period doesn't require an instruction manual you just get the hang of it. Also it's better just to ask your mom or your doctor the questions that you have instead of some strangers like us.  GOOD LUCK

  5. Well you can do almost anything just make sure you change right b4 p.e. starts. i know cause i do that for basketball and other sports. and itt really helps if you wear dark color pants. and you could wear it as long as you don't like swim or anything. but once you are comfortable wearing a pad it feels a little less like a diaper.

  6. its ok

you can do practically anything with a pad except get wet like in swimming or running in the sprinkler

if u want to do water activities try a tampon

  7. You can do anything except for stuff having to do with water.

It may get a little uncomfertable though.

In my opinion, tampons are better, because then you don't have to worry about leaks, you can swim, and they're much more comfertable.

  8. When you wear a pad, you can do pretty much anything you do when you aren't wearing a pad.  Running sometimes gets a little uncomfortable, and you'll probably have to "adjust yourself" when you're done, but that's not a big deal.

  9. pads normally don't leak unless your like heavyx9874908250983.  ha but if you're really worried about leakage and positions, you should wear tampons.  they're a lot more comfortable and don't feel like you're wearing a diaper :]

  10. Well I agree that it is a matter of comfort. Running will get very uncomfortable after a period of time. But you can pretty much do absolutely anything while you are wearing a pad except absolutely no water for apparent reasons.

  11. you  can do anything in a pad. sit, run, jump, walk, kneel, the list goes on and on. if you feel uncomfortable wearing a pad, try a tampon. i prefer those because you feel more secure.

  12. Make sure to wear an overnight pad with wings, and just before PE starts, put on a new one. Also, when you do have your period, always wear dark colored pants/shorts. Best to go with black, so that if it does leak, it won't show.

  13. You can run and do everything you normally do.

  14. You can do pretty much everything. It's just a matter of comfort. The only thing you can't do is swim in water, or do anything in water. Obviously.
