okay so i am 14 and i am only like 5'0 ft tall. i am really really tiny (only 87lbs), but my bra size is 36B. is that really big for my size?

Well, maybe. Do they look humungo? When I was 12, I was a 32b, but I was like 102lbs. I was skinny to and I looked fine. So it kind of depends, I guess.

If you're only 5'0" and 87lbs, it's unlikely that your ribcage is big enough for you to need a 36. I'm 5'6" and 130, and I wear a 34. I think you should go somewhere to be fitted. Once you find the right band size, you can find the right cup size.

EDIT: If you're certain that's your size, and it feels like a perfect fit, then no, your b*****s aren't big. 36 is a little large, but that just means that your ribcage is big. A B-cup (the size of your actual b*****s) is quite small.
