Girls please help ? ?

ok so i moved to a new state and all i went to a new school and in my homeroom/ and few other classes there's this girl i like we are friends i cant tell if she likes me she likes this 1 boy she told me about.... the only thing i could tell maybe if she likes me is that I'm from germany and i live in the usa (wont tell state ) :D lol and she takes interest in that,.... should i tell her that i like her ? and maybe ask her out... im not sure if shes already goin out......

well, first off, i hope you like the states! good luck with your new school!

and second of all, yea its quite possible.  i had a little think for our foreign exchange students a few years back and started conversation with him by asking him about his home country :)
