You tend to focus a lot more on your work and arent distracted by the boys and you feel a lot more relaxed and comfortable that you dont have to impress anyone because you're all the same s*x anyway

Disagree. I had some really great male friend in school (co-ed of course).

Both have their advantages and disadvantages and some people are more suited to one over the other.
