Eye contact is a big one, especially if you can hold a gaze with him for several seconds.

Body language...being close to him when he's talking to you, giving him your undivided attention. Avoiding folding your arms across your chest or something else like that which kinda makes the girl look like she's on the defensive. Light physical contact, like touching him on the arm during casual conversation, greeting him with a hug and big smile if it's appropriate. And it has to be a real hug, not one of those fake patting on the back hugs that makes you wonder if you have cooties.

Laughing at his jokes are always a plus. Also, being funny and having your own sense of humor can charm a guy as well.

Showing interest in him...whatever he's talking about, ask questions so that he'll elaborate, then he'll know you're interested and not just nodding your head like a bimbo.

Hehe... my way is by teasing him a bit and laughing at anything he says...lol... but i treat all my friends that way...lol....I also tend to talk way too much and fast....then get all quiet. Hehe...good times.

When I flirt I don't go over board like most girls but I do make it a little obvious for them. I'll just randomly start talking to them if they're in one of my classes. I'll bring up stuff from the other day. You know, things like that.
