Question:

Girls - wet hair after morning runs?

So for girls who have long hair, how do you deal with the quick transition from running + showering to work or school? For me at least, blow drying every day is really not an option.. unfortunately, this usually means I'm stuck wearing my hair up and wet

How do you deal with the situation?

  1. run and shower the night before

  2. leave it down to air dry in summer. Winter, blow dry.

  3. Air dry?

  4. Haha! I know there never seems to be enough time in the morning! And, if you try to get it all in your late for work! What I have learned to do is run when I get home for my daily activities and then take a shower. This way I am not running before I get to bed. When I run before bed my energy is high and I can't fall asleep. Now that I do this, I can wear my hair down and spend good time on my makeup! Hope this helped! :)

  5. I don't! I don't blow dry it because it really damages your hair. I suggest getting out the excess water with a towel.

  6. i don't blow dry it. i just let it air dry...

  7. I take a shower every morning and then wear it down and damp to school. I just comb it out after my shower and then comb it out a second time before I leave to catch the bus. By the time I get to first period, it is dry. I just let nature dry it! It's cheaper on the electric bill, replenishing shampoo, and time too. It is also just easier. If you put your hair up when its wet, it stays wet alot longer and damages your hair. Your hair is most fragile when wet, so it takes alot out of it to be put up in a hair tie or blow dried.

  8. I am also a long hair.We have great wind here.I am often out in front of the moisture will use the spray Runfa. This can not flying hair.Hair also will not be dry.You can give it a try,It is best not to wet hair out, this So easily flu.

  9. french braids 1 or 2, low ponytail or twist with a side part.  I also just use a very absorbant head band low covering my hair line and sprinkled my scalp with baby powder before putting my hair up in a tight bun.  Then after I wash off (without getting my hair wet) I take down my hair, brush out the baby powder and end up with wavy hair that suprisingly looks good.

  10. put some curling syrum in it after you get out of the shower and let it air dry without touching it. It should dry curly and be cute! Plus, it will be down. and if you want to put it up later you still can

  11. What i do is put mousse in my hair when wet then scrunch it to make it look wavy then use a little bit of hairspray!!! It dries quickly and you can wear it down with out blow drying your hair

  12. Its happened to me once (when I was almost late for work or class) and I actually had enough time to get ready but be there a lil late. I blow haired my hair until it was almost dry (takes 5-10 mins for me) and then I tried using my straighting iron (which also dries and straightens the hair) and instead of taking my time with it like I usually do, I straighted out the front then put it in a ponytail and it looked ok. Maybe you should get that...an iron that dries extremely wet hair. Mines does it but I feel more comfortable using my hair dryer to do its job and then use the iron to do the other part, styling it, like I always do now.

  13. wake up and run earlier in the morning if you don t have time to blow dry your hair just go to school or work with your hair wet its not that big of a deal no one would really care much

  14. you should get some good product...

such as bumble to bumble surf hair... it is WONDERFUL.

i have the same problem as you- i just don;t have enough time fix my hair.

this spray will make it wavy and beautiful!! and all you have to do is spray it in your hair and scrunch a tiny bit:)

    hope it helps:)
