I had a deep conversation with a girl on the phone (e.g. advising her and helping her out). Do girls normally tell their friends something like "Oh that cute guy was so sweet because he helped me out." Or do they keep it a secret?

So like in a party if the girl I helped saw me, and she was with her friends, would she tell her friends that I was very cute and sweet?
