I think the best 'cheap' foundtion is maybelline mineral make-up. It's like a powder, so it doesnt clog up your pores. If you well-moisturise and have have a good skin-routine, a light powder should be all you need to even out your skin tone.

1. Always remove make-up at night.

2.Cleanse, exfoliate, tone daily.

3.Moisturise with a good moisturiser. Nivea young is my favourite!
