  1. FROM THE DAY U STARTED.

  2. the monthly cycle is meant to be from the start of your period.

so, if you got your period on the 21st, in theory you should get your next period on approx. the 21st of the following month.

just remember, it can sometimes take up to 6 years before your periods become regular, and even then it might not be every 28 days exactly. it depends on the individual, and there are a lot of other factors, like stress, that determine when it will occur as well.

also, after your first one, it might be a couple of months before you get your next period, as it will take your body a little while to adjust to the changes.

enjoy the rest of your day. =]

  3. they usually go from the start to the start.  they may take longer on some days. the aver cycle is about 28 days.  make a chart and see how yours runs....possible to have two in the same month (30/31 day period).  Hope this helps!!!

  4. It is usually a month from the time it started to the next start.  Keep in mind, if you are an adolescent and just started for the first time, you may not have it regularly.  You may go three months before starting again.  Be sure to keep protection with you just in case it comes when not expected.

  5. by book, you start 28 days after the first day of your last menstrual period. most women are not by the book. but, this is the standard.
