Hey , u know the giveaway, if i win do they just send it to me by mail, or they sent it to me by mail and i have to pay for shipping and handling??

I have entered a lot of giveaways and sweepstakes conducted by magazine sites and I have won some from Lucky and Allure and my items are sent to me through mail. I never paid shipping and handling fee for stuffs I won.
