Girls:who go to the beach, or the pool ,,kinda embarassing, has this ever happened to you??

yesterday i went to the beach, and i wore a spaghetti strap and of course my bra under....wen i was in the water my nipples started to hurt and for the rest of the day!! i think cause of the salt water and my bra rubbing them or sumthing!!is there anyway i can avoid this????anything i can use???? this has happened before wen i go into the pool too.!

this is kinda embarassing!

That happened to me too a few times. I would also like to know the answer...

I guess the only thing that helped is to try and keep them warm.

I have the same question as the chick before me, why were you wearing a bra in there? I have tender b*****s to, it's hormonal, evening primrose oil helps apparently. My friend uses maternity breast pads and puts them in her bikini/bra to prevent rubbing. You can buy them in Tesco/Walmart (if your US) pregnant/lactating women use them to absorb leakages.
