You're stimulating all your nerves, and when you o****m you will twitch.  It's a good thing, but if you really want to stop, just try to relax and exhale as much as possible, and take some pressure off whatever you're doing down below.

your tryin to hard.  Relax and just let it happen.  Feel your body, it will tell you what it likes.  If its happening when your climaxing then it could be your bodys reaction and may be normal.  Just relax, if it feels good then whats the problem??

You might just be really sensitive, but when you have an o****m you might shake, twitch, or jerk. Also after you have an o****m you can be really sensitive which will make you do that. Try finding a different spot that feels good instead of doing it right on your C**t. Try right above your C**t or right below.
