Arsenal’s newest signing, Olivier Giroud has gone on to claim that he is going to be looking to make a name for himself at the club and is confident that he will be able to do so, should he fit into the team like he plans to.
The striker signed for Arsenal on Tuesday on a long term contract, which is expected to be around five to six years long.
The player made the move to the Emirates from French side Montpellier, where he managed to score twenty one league goals last season.
With his brilliant goal scoring form up front, the forward helped his side go on and claim the French Ligue 1 title as well.
However, with him now being a Gunner, he is looking to help the North London club go on and land some silverware.
Giroud is confident that he will be able to adapt well at the club and insisted that he has the right weapons to lead the team to success.
"I think I have the weapons to do well here. I will need some time to adapt of course, but I’m not worried about that. I think I will adapt well.”

The striker also went on to reveal that he had always been attracted to the Premier League and it was his dream to represent a team in the English League.
With him now fulfilling his dream, it seems like he will be looking to go and become an instant success at the club.
The French international has already won the team’s fans over and it is now only a matter of him playing for the team, in the same manner that he did with Montpellier.
