Arsenal are on course to landing Olivier Giroud, as Arsene Wenger has gone on to reveal that a deal for the forward is ninety percent completed.
Last season, Giroud went on to shine for Montpellier, as he went on to become the top scorer in the league, as he helped his side go on and pick up their first ever Ligue 1 trophy.
He managed to score an impressive twenty one goals in thirty six games, while picking up nine assists along the way.
All in all, it seems like the player is already cut out to be a Gunner and it was only a matter of time before the team moved in to land him.
Giroud’s performances had been so brilliant that he was handed a spot in the French squad in November of 2011. As a result, the Arsenal boss went on to step up his interest in the player and made up his mind over signing him.
