Giulio Donati joins Bayer Leverkusen – Football news
Young Inter Milan starlet, Giulio Donati, was in great run of form in the U21 European Championships and has been signed up by the German team on a four year contract.
Bayer 04 Leverkusen have snapped up Italy Under-21 star, Donati, from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Inter-c39567 Milan after having struggled to become a key player at the Serie A side. The young prodigy has been on a year-long loan at Lecce, Grosseto and Padova in the last three years, and
was happy to put pen to paper at his new club.
“I am happy that the deal has been completed,” the Italy Under-21 international was quoted as saying in an interview.
He signed a four year deal at the Bundesliga giants that will run until the summer of 2017. He claimed that Bayer are one of the top teams in the country and have a solid reputation in his home nation as well. He is eagerly anticipating to feature for them
and is excited about the prospect of competing in the UEFA Champions League next season.

The youngster vowed to give his best to aid the club’s objectives. On the other hand, general manager Wolfgang Holzhauser also talked about the transfer, adding that they have succeeded in getting their main target. He added that Donati is a useful addition
with the right age and will help the club move in the top rankings.

Sporting director Rudi Voller revealed that he is pleased with the recent acquisition and believes he will help Bayer move forward.
