Of course, there are going to be many more things that make me happy, but here are a few.

Health, because in general mine is really bad so I am always so thankful for whenever I have energy.

ALPHA, a small group that I run at my church. I always love going because there are great people, great food and great discussion. I never feel too tired to go because it gives me so much energy.

People in general, whether they are friends or family or people I have never met before, I love being around them, getting to know them. I am totally and extrovert so I get energy from being around people.

Prayer, spending time with God each day in prayer makes me so much happier then if I miss it. I always feel calmer, more energised, and ready to take on anything life can throw at me.

Interesting conversations, they always make my day so much better.

Noticing the small things, like the way the sun bounces off of a window, of the way the wind sings through the trees, or taking time to examine a flower or watch an animal with all their different behaviors. Just enjoying the world around me and not rushing through life so fast that I miss everything.

Everything to do with music, my life is absolutely filled with music, whether I am listening to it, learning about it, writing it, playing it, singing it, I just love music and the journey that it can take you on.

Sun and storms, ok these may seem to contradict each other but I love it when it is really sunny and I can spend the day outside, or when it is really stormy so I can rug up inside and cuddle my two dogs (who are both scared of storms).

Smiles, happy people always cheer me up, which I why I love my friends and family so much, they are all so positive and embracing life.
