Well, since nationalism is simply a patriotic feeling towards one own country, an example could range anywhere from waving a miniature flag around to feeling superior to other countries.

A recent personal example of my patriotism would be when we had a BBQ/family night on Memorial Day. We celebrated the freedom we had with good food and fun and me and the older members of our family discussed the recent political issues.

My uncle though has the greatest Nationalism of us all because he fought over in Afghanistan for two years as a Green Berete (Special Forces).
