Give birth in canada for a foreigner?

Hi I'm living in canada right now, I'm taking an english course and it'll end on december... I have just realized I'm pregnant... I would like to know how much i have to pay to give birth in Vancouver? It should be on november i've student visa. I'm from Venezuela.

Welcome to Canada :-)

It all depends on whether or not you have health insurance, if there are complications with the baby, the amount of tests that have to be done, the room you stay in at the hospital. There is no set cost. However, I wouldn't be surprised if it ran you a couple thousand dollars or more.

If you are pregnant, then you should be seeing an Ob to check on your child's development during pregnancy. I suggest you ask your doctor about the costs.
