this whole summer i have been wasting days after days waking up late, not doing anything, occasionally go out with friends, and go on the internet.

i know i know what a loser.

so, what should i do in order to feel/look great in 2 weeks?

i want to lose some weight (at least 5 pounds), get toned, wake up early, etc.

what should i do to feel good about myself in the morning? take a jog? a stroll around the park?

ANY ideas will be useful :)

school starts in 2 weeks.

  1. LOL that's totally like me!! I was totally sluggish this summer and just this week I started getting seriosu about losing weight! lol After the whole summer right?! Ok. Well exercising will give you energy for sure. The healthy max amount of lbs/wk is 2 lbs...so you can probably lose 4 if you really commit. The main thing is CARDIO!! Stick to that, eat healthily...i know, it's hard haha, and do some weights to tone! That should help you feel good about getting up early  and getting motivated to melt some weight the next day! Think positive! better late than never :)
