Give me advice on gaining weight (teenage boy)?

Hi I'm 15 years old, 6'3, 160 lbs, and naturally skinny. I don't starve myself, but I feel my appetite is not as big as it should be. I do heavy cardio exercizes around 3 days a week for 1 hour and 45 minutes (Kickboxing)

What can I do to start gaining weight? Will I naturally gain weight in the near future as I grow into adulthood? Ideally I'd like to weigh 200+ lbs healthily.

  1. Don't try to gain weight. You will naturally become heavier as you mature into adulthood. Don't rush it... really. If you want to bulk up a bit, take in more protein like more red meats and things of that nature. It will help you build muscle instead of just gaining fat weight from burgers fries and desserts.

BTW- I'm 15 and I LOVE Tall skinny guys. I find them way hotter than the bulky guys. Have a great school year!

  2. To Get Heavier, The Best Thing To Do Is Eat Alot.

Dont Start Taking In Food With Too Much Sugar Though.

Your Body Fat Will Go Up And That Wll Be Bad. Good Luck!
