  1. I was told not to run any "false alarm fire drills" in the shop, someone might get hurt and sue us, I said, if they don't make it out of a working fire, they would be dead and there family would sue us, difference of, 10K, to 1.1 million. . We had the fire drill, and on record for the insurance co.

  2. the new "person" didnt like me, therefore started lieying saying i was not working hard when the boss was around and chatting (which was rubbish). Any way because this was said while i was on a weeks holiday my boss decided to believe the silly gossip. Come when I was due back to work my boss had already made up her mind and elieve the gossip and therfore led to problems and eventually to me to leave.

  3. 30 years at Ford. Last 5 years Ford would not support the quality control people. If it were not for the UAW I would not have retired.

Insubordination 3 times, fired once. I did not go to work, I went to war.

  4. with my current employer try every day ! nothing is good enough for him but surprisingly when my work goes to the upper management with his initials it looks great !

  5. My friend was in a bad accident and he wouldnt let me leave work to go see her so I knocked his *** out. Not the best choice, but I was pissed and it worked

  6. Example: Back to work after giving birth... i was a breastfeeding mother. My boss would not give me the time, private space, or understanding to pump when needed throughout the day. I get a thirty minute break a day, so i tried to compromise by taking 15 minutes in the morning, 15 minutes in the afternoon to pump. This was still not a compromise for my boss, i ended up having to take the issue to upper management.. needless to say  the problem was worked out and my boss was severly reprimanded.

  7. the only support I expect from my employer is my weekly paycheck
