No doubt that's possible. It depends also what your qualifications are. We have Muslims in the office. They don't work on Fridays, but work on Sundays instead.

Fear nothing but HIM, is suggesting teaching. In an all Muslim school I hope?? Or should all schools be open on Sunday?

that's easy...all you have to do is be self-employed...work your own hours, when you want and everything....my mom is self employed and she chooses her own timings to work.

she is a dentist....you would have to find a job that you can be self employed. or just ask for some hours off for friday prayer. my dad did that when he was at work.

Import export,teacher,hospital,pharmacy.

and ask them not to give you sunday as a holiday but give you friday as a holiday.

Lot of peolple here working in office jobs do not take the whole Friday off but have in their contracts that they can take a long lunchbreak on Friday to attend Jummah.

They might start a bit earlier a few days a week to make up for it, but works fine. Most bosses are willing to find a solution so you can attend to your religious obligations.

you can get half days at least off and when I go to Friday prayers, I see all kinds of company cars/vans,trucks so I know it is possible.

Any job you get you can ask them for friday off due to religious reasons. They cannot deny you for that.
