Doing sexual acts that are degrading, humiliating, or painful even after they have told their significant other they don't want to do them because the person without confidence is afraid of being abandoned, or otherwise emotionally harmed.  When pressured to do these acts with the threat of rejection for not doing them can be incredibly hard on a person with low or no self confidence because they are damned if they do (it opposes their own wants/beliefs) and damned if they don't (by possible rejection, pressure increased, more abuse).
