  7. there is no simple way to loose weight, that is just not going to happen, sorry!  BUT, there is a lot you can do that is very simple to do anywhere you -even at home.  i have to say this though, this is not a Dr. way nor any thing like that, so for most it may not easy to do!     first you have to be very truthful with your self about whether or not you are over weight or not! ! !this is very important , because there are to many that are as skinny as a bean pole , or just the right size and think they are overweight.

    ok here is what you have been waiting for .........

    lets say you are about 20 pounds overweight....

    you have to find out how you got that way first ...

    too much TV and too many snacks and drinks?

    too much computer and too much to eat ??

    are you active or not?

    lets say you are 20pounds overweight and its from eating too much ...use a smaller plate when you do have a meal and dont go for seconds, this is going to control you intake!  and start to shrink you mid section.  

    have you been drinking way too much , if you have then control how much you drink by limiting yourself to only one gallon of liquid per day ! this has to be measured in a gallon jug and as you get something to drink you "MUST" pour out the same amount you had to drink and when the jug is empty , you no longer can get anything to drink for the rest of that 24 hour period.

    this is the part you dont want to hear , exercise...well its not all that bad really...all you have to do is make everything you do  an exercise ..daily washing the dishes , can be fun and really help to work off some fat ...all you have to do is work at it! when you wash the floor, do it right and do it twice! when you are at home doing these things , if you can turn on a fan and turn off the A.C. and work up a good sweat!!  go wash the car and then wax it ALL BY HAND! ! ! " NO CAR WASH!!!!!  these are things people dont want to do because they are LAZY ! ! !

    I guess all im really saying is that it took a lot of time to put on the weight and now its gona take some work and some time to take it back off! and if you do these things and take the time to do it right , it will also  "STAY OFF" if you dont go back to being LAZY again! ! !

    Most people  when the secure what they want in a relationship and get the guy/girl they want , then they tend to just let them self go and no longer care what they look like and it really doesnt take long to keep in shape nor does it take long to get out of shape and add the pounds!

    remember if it took 10 years to put it on its gonna take at least 2 years to take it off and at least that long to gt back in shape with a lil tone for you muscles!

    Try the above, this deals with your diet, try and stay away from eating carbohydrates after 6pm and before 11am. And try to eat little often.
