Give me some ideas?

i am going to put a treated wood handrail around a concrete patio that is about 3 feet above ground and there is no way to dig post holes surrounding the patio so how do i fasten the post so they look good as well strucuraly sound because this is a rental property and some renters could destroy an army tank so good ideas would be appreciated

There are screws that are made for concrete, etc.. You fasten a plate onto the cement and the post fastens to the plate.  Go to Lowes or Home Depot and they will know what you need.
