If the Theme is stationary and / or Kitchenware than make him a big Fountain Pen (very easy to make a dress/ cardboard or chart paper dress) Or A Sugar Can / Pot (which is also easy) Or if you want to hire a dress, than you can have lot of options from vegetables to fruits which are available in fancy dress store.

You could dress him like a pencil. Lets see how it works..Choose some good color (say yellow for now) for the pencil, and let ur son be dressed with a hood from the shoulder to the feet. The hood should have holes for ur son's arms to get into it and for the neck part also. This hood can be made as two parts : one from the shoulder to the hip and the next from the hip to the feet. The hood could be made of chart paper painted with yellow. He wears a pair of socks of the same color. He should wear a long arm shirt preferably a knitted material like a round neck Tshirt of the same color as his other outfits in yellow color. Make a cone shaped part out of chart painted in brown and the tip of the cone painted with yellow. The cone serves for the wooden part of the pencil and the tip of it. So, just imagine a color pencil and how it looks...i give this idea based on that..Or you could make ur kids face little brown with safe make up kits and then put a cone cap on his head like the tip of the pencil...The final point is, he could speak a like about eradicating illiteracy and abt education for all in simple words.......good luck
