  1. i don't really have a physical item that i call a "good luck charm"

but i say this phrase in my head whenever I'm about to take a test at school or when i go on long drives to see my family or if I'm nervous about something.

I don't know if it really works but it certainly makes me feel better when i say it and more hopeful.

  2. I have a vial ( very tiny ) of oil that I just keep in my cigarette pack. It comforts me because of what the contents represent. Funny??--- tehre is an articl in our local paper with a photo of me, with my Gramma telling about the vial & where it came from & what it repersents. I know . That is lame, but I loved Gramma alot & the chance to be photographed together for the news paper was so awsome.

  3. uh.. a lucky neclace or rock .. idk!

  4. Ok you may have heard of the four-leaf-clover well yes that is good I hear...and a dollar rolled up and a green ribbon tied around it...for good luck, good fortune, and money. A picture locket with seeds inside or a leave...it is used for growth (maturity-meaning)

  5. Lucky coin is a must.

    Four-leaf clover

    Rabbit's foot

    Socks

    Shirt

    Angel pin

  6. Charms, fetishes, totems, or any other object to which you ascribe special abilities are exactly as powerful at influencing events as you are.  But they do nothing.  Their power is only that which you choose to bestow upon them either before or after an event.  A belief in the powers of a charm might improve your performance in a special event.  That doesn't mean the charm did anything.  It's just your awareness of the charm.  And once an event has taken place, you may very well attribute the outcome to the presence or absence of a special object.  Of course, this is done subjectively and inconsistently.

Such objects are superstitions, but if they give you comfort then go for it.

  7. anything with the dragon on it it is the most powerful creature

  8. Lucky socks!

  9. praying

  10. When I was about 15 we had a St. Christopher medal in our car..pinned into the top front part. I remember one time when my niece first started driving...we were on a Sunday afternoon outing with my mother and daddy and sisters. She decided to pass a car. We were in a station wagon without a lot of power. Another car was coming towards us. I think St. Christopher must have saved us.I closed my eyes...nobody said a word.I'll never forget that...and recently reminded her of it. She remembered it too. Wonder what our lives would have been like if we had wrecked..esp . going that fast. I named my son after St. Christopher years later.

  11. Haveing my daughter sleeping in my arms is my good luck charm. She helps me win online poker tournaments (freeroll tournaments, I stopped playing poker from my own bankroll when I became a Christian). When she is asleep in my arms, the cards always seem to hit in my favor.

Probably just coincidence, but it works for me.

  12. Almost all major sports figures have a lucky charm. Everything from a meal to their underwear. It's just how hard you believe that matters.
