Question:

Give the dog a pork chop?

Okay how do I sautee boneless pork chops? I do like the way they taste when they are baked and I am not going to be grilling tonight? And what kind of oil do I use in the pan? Thanks.

  1. egg bread and fry in veggie oil like chicken cutlets


  2. Olive oil , add rosemary and thyme salt pepper, enjoy!

  3. ok, the way I make them is this: Vegetable oil in the pan to 1/8 to 1/4 inch, then dredge the chop in cornbread muffin mix (you don't have to like cornbread it still tastes good) until covered. when you can put the back of your hand 2-3 inches away from the oil and don't want to leave it there for long it's ready for chops. turn the chop frequently as it browns and make a small cut in one side. when pink no longer comes out the chop's done. Place on paper towel to soak up the excess oil and dig in.

  4. Use your favorite seasonings and any cooking oil i suggest olive oil and a little bit of butter or you could use alot of butter and a little oil cook the chops in it remove the chops, add 1/4 cup of lemon juice and add them back in and let it reduce a little bit, this is very very tastey with some rice or egg noodles

  5. A bit of oil and a bit of butter. Season with Mrs Dash or once fully cooked place in the oven with mushroom soup = )

    Or you could shake n' bake em!
