Give your opinion for why Josh Hamilton blew the Home-Run Derby?

It was so much fun to watch in the first round. I thought he blew out his arm to trying to hit thos home-runs. I actually got so mad I wanted to break my TV and never watch the home-run derby again

His one round record of 28 will be talked about longer than who won the tourney.

Did he blow it?  They guy hit 28 home runs in one round.  maybe he was tired.  Maybe the cumulative score from all the rounds should determine the winner.

Nor he would want to.

He wanted this and is sad he was physically tired to finish the performance off.

He tired himself out in round 1.  In my opinion it should be total number of home runs wins it all.  There's no reason a guy should hit 28 homers in 1 round and lose the home run derby because he didn't hit enough in the final round of hitting.  Hamilton could have stopped after round 1 and Morneau hitting all 3 rounds wouldn't have caught his homerun total.
