Imagine if he passes away in office, is she able to answer that 3am call and handle a world crisis for that matter?

At least Obama has Biden as a sound board but who would Sarah have?????

  1. I'm glad he did, i couldn't stop laughing. he completely ruined his game as a conservative republican in nominating a woman to vp!

  2. Even if McCain were 40 years old, Palin would still be a terrible choice.

On the other hand, I'm glad he chose her. It's in the bag.

  3. "obama has less experience than Palin?" What a joke. Just being in a bar in PA last night I can tell you unequivocally McCain just lost PA based on what I heard.. The buzz of most of the talk was that McCain no longer owns the 'experience' mantle. If he is elected we will be one heart beat away from a first term governor who hasn't even finished half of that term. No one even knows this person. Not even John McCain. He chose her to get disseffected Hillary supporters, but it's just more evidence with how out of touch McCain is with the American people. Women in particular. He feels, apparently, that they were only voting for Hillary because she was a woman, not because she shares their beliefs, on abortion rights, schools, the economy, AND her experience. This pick is an insult to all those women. I've talked to many... they aren't happy.

To_tell_the_truth_2008: what you are saying esetialy is that the VP pick doesn't matter, anyway. I tend to agree with you. Though I completely disagree that McCain has any type of experience running a country.

  4. Obama has less experience than Palin and he is at the top of the ticket, so I disagree

    McPalin 08

  5. Well Americans must be CRAZY to vote in McCain now.  McINSANE is more like it.

The whole world is shocked at his irresponsibleness in picking someone he's only met ONCE in his life to be the potential VP and likely PRESIDENT one day if people were insane enough to elect them in.

THis woman SLAUGHTERS her own kill, skins it and feeds it to her family.  Hard core anti-abortionist, including women who were raped, the list goes on and on and one and I as a woman would NEVER want a ****** like her in power.

Hillary must be CRINGING to think someone like her even REMOTELY comes close to her!!!!  I would be LIVID.

THIS woman is worse than a feminist....she will ROLL right over America worse than BUSH ever did.

  6. Yes. This represents the real change that America wants and needs, Unlike Obamas false promise of change. This ticket has a sound record of fighting corruption and working across party lines for the good of all Americans.

  7. Sarah seems very sound to me! I think she'd assemble a team of wise counselors.

Biden really isn't any different from Obama in his liberal viewpoints so he's more of a mirror than a sounding board.

  8. Biden is almost as old as McCain. What if Biden dies? Would Obama be able to handle a world crisis alone?

  9. I think it's funny that the Democrats & Liberals have been insisting that neither having a woman in the Oval Office nor a candidate's age (so long as it's younger than McCain) or lack of experience is any sort of issue ... but now all of the sudden these items are at the top of their charts and smoking.

Could it be that they're nothing but a bunch of raving hypocrites who will do or say anything to get elected?

Other things that make me laugh: how libs are squawking that they never heard of Palin before today so she must be a nobody (ignorance is no excuse, people), that the presidential candidate should be good buddies with the VP candidate before an invitation is issued (where is that written?), any Yahoo Answers member who professes to be a former democrat supporter but now voting Republican surely must be a troll (especially if they have a level 1 account), or that McCain choosing a female VP is somehow (and this boggles the mind) insulting to women.

The level of fear, misplaced logic, and sheer ignorance among the loony left is astounding. What I see is a lot of Liberals sputtering, choking, and back-pedaling because they know their boy Obama is going down like the Titanic.

  10. Palin has exceeded all expectations in every position she ever held, why would she stop now? Face it, this lady is a winner, plain and simple.

  11. She has 5 kids so in my books she can handle any crisis. loll

  12. I think you need to look at more this way, I'd rather have a President in his early 70's in excellent health with the experience and expertise that McCain has with Palin as co-pilot, RATHER THAN an unexperienced Jr Senator Obama at the helm with Biden as his co-pilot.

Inexperience didn't seem to bother Democrats in choosing their candidate Barack Obama for Commander-in-chief, but now that Sarah Palin is John McCain's pick as VP, NOW it's an issue (but only concerning Ms Palin) ???

    PULEEEEZE!

  13. I think she is great for his ticket they are both Mavericks, she is a Governor so you she has experience running a government.

What is even Scarier is Biden has escaped death himself, and is also an old man. So were a heat beat away of having Obama by himself.

I like Palin over Obama for sure.

  14. Not a wise choice, she has a baby with Down Syndrome at three in the morning she might be feeding the baby and what would happen then.

  15. Interesting isn't it?  You know McCain thought of this before he selected her.  So why did he do it?   To get votes plain and simple, not for a stronger America.  I am offended.
