  1. Why would any good person imitate jesus? I don't want to belittle my friends the way jesus did to his disciples. I don't want to curse my enemies to h**l like he did the Pharisees. I don't want to use violence to drive people out of temples for not behaving the way I think they should. He was not a good man in any way shape or form.

The good Samaritan's the only character in the bible who's actually GOOD, and he was just a parable. Some aspects of king david interest me, he had a massive harem for one.

  2. I don't know if I would want to imitate him, but certainly the Apostle Paul had many qualities that are most admirable. He was fearless in preaching the gospel. He was faithful in preaching it, too. That is, after his conversion, of course. He contended for the faith at a time when the Word of God was under much attack.

To contend for the faith of our fathers is something that is much needed today. The Bible is under incredible attack. Just read the posts. We need faithful followers of Jesus to stand up and be counted for Christ and uphold the truths of the Word of God to a perverse and wicked world.

  3. Freddie.

  4. The Apostle Paul. He was dedicated to Jehovah and Jesus. He took his ministry seriously, and he died a faithful servant. He was humble and admitted he had flaws. He wanted to help the congregations as much as he could.
