Giving a puppy nutri-dent edibles?

What do you guys think about giving a 17 week old pomeranian a nutri-dent edible chew from Nylabone?

Wait until the puppy is older.  The puppy is still very young, I would stay away from any chew toy that can break up into pieces.  I happen to dislike Nylabone products only because when my dog chews them, he has a tough time going to the bathroom because the pieces don't break down easily.  

I would recommend to wait until the dogs puppy teeth fall out and the permanent ones come in (since this product is for dental purposes).  In the meantime, my dog LOVES bully sticks and things of that sort.  Stay AWAY from raw-hides, they are extremely dangerous to dogs.  Best of luck, just remember, the Nylabones will not cause any harm to your dog, but I would wait until the dogs teeth come in, that's all!  But hey, your dog, your choice!
