Giving myself a makeover. Any ideas?

The new school year is coming up soon (the 30th) and i really want to change up my look. I'm bored with my layered brown straightened hair (its naturally curly). i would just wear it curly but i don't like how short it gets when it curls and it doesn't curl on the top. (any idea on how to get it to curl on top too? i try scrunching it up there but it still doesn't work!) I also only wear foundation, mascara, face lotion, and a little bit of blush. I have fair skin and blue eyes so i never experiment with eyeshadows in fear that it'll look too dark for me. I'm also looking to switch up my style a bit. I still plan on wearing stuff from my normal stores (usually Hollister, Abercrombie, Forever 21. stores like that) but i tend to get a lot of blues and gray's so im looking to switch up the colors. so, my questions are: how should i do my makeup? what do you think i should do my hair? (pictures if you can please) how do i get the top of my hair to curl and grow? and what colors do you think would look good on me? I'm skinny (about 120 lbs) and tall (about 5'7"ish). any ideas?

for nice cute make up

mascara eye line black but not alto just a little and a lip gloss that's pink.

for clothes wear a cute t-shirt with a st reach and a mini skirt for example like this only the one udder the mini skirt but they are kinda short until the knee don't wear it like pants u can buy one of those like short ones

I found some cut hairstyles you can wear with your hair. To get it curly on the top, Get a 2 inch hair curler, and set it on low. It'll give your hair a wavy look on the top, which will look really good with your curls.. but here are some ideas of what to do with your hair-

As for the makeup, mac mineral powder is great! I use it and love it, and comes in many shades. I don't really recommend using blush because it will sort of make you.. uhmm.. look like a barbie doll. Some silver and light blue eye shadow might look good. Taylor Swift has fair skin and blue eyes and her eye shadow looks amazing on her. Just follow her makeup. She uses mineral powder and blue and silvers/grays and greens. Lip gloss would look good,too. Liplicious by bath and body works has really yummy flavors and colors..

best way to get a new lo0k is hair color. Dye ur hair thats a instint makeover right there. i have curly hair to try filpping your hair over and srunch it with ur head upsidedown then flip it back over. the best way to wear makeup is a natural look and u have blue eyes so you don't really need eyeshadow it will take attention away from your eyes.
