Giving outside individuals permission to email an entire Yahoo Group?

When managing a Yahoo "Group" how can I give an outside individual permission to email the entire group, but not have access to the groups internal email and history?

  1. Adding people as outlined by the first answerer would make them "email-only members".  When "Added", they could send email messages to the group.  Also, they would receive ALL new messages via email that are posted to the group starting with the "Add" date.


  2. you can do this by adding members who are mailing list members only and do not have access to group's feature unless they will join your group. to do this, click on "invite" link then click the "add members" below the empty box and you will see another box wherein you'll type the email address of the people you wanted to add and clicl on "send invite"
