Glandular fever has my girlfriend been cheating?

I have just been diagnosed with glandular fever after researching it online they refer to it as the kissing disease and it says 95% is caused through kissing i have only been kissing my girlfriend does that mean shes been kissing someone else plz help

Although its possible, you can also get it from sharing drinking cups with someone that is a carrier of the disease. It can be dormant in a carrier for over a year. So, do you trust your girlfriend?

Do not automatically assume that she has been kissing someone else. The virus can be caught by drinking out of the same glass, using someone else's lip balm. If you would read some more you will find that most viruses are passed around this way, not just mono. She will be contagious for weeks or even months. Wikipedia says that they call it the kissing disease jokingly. Be nice to her. She is sick!

Give her the benefit of the doubt before letting paranoid unfounded accusations fly.  

There is after all, that other 5% chance that she contracted this some other way.  Germs are everywhere!

no, that basically means through conjunction of saliva and bodily fluids. you could have gotten it anywhere. kids slobber and rub there snot of everything. you could have gotten it from anything around you, think about it. and she doesnt have it. do you trust her? dont be so fast to blame.
