Glass foggy or has film on inside

Question

My watch is exactly like the one pictured except the face plate is silver instead of blue. Today the glass seems to have a film on it. I don't see any water drops on the face plate. I have not put it in water lately either. Is there anything I can do? What is wrong with it?thank you
