  1. ha! yes I do!

are they rimless? if they are, never ever put them on by pressing on the nose bridge, this will mis-shape them, and also when you take them off, use your hands on both arms, not just one as again, this will misshape them.

Clean them everyday, with a plain cotten or cotten lycra scrap, and once a week or so, wash the lenses unser the tap with a tiny bit of washing up liquid on each lense, dry them off with kitchen roll b dabbing them dry.

Never leave them lenses side down and alwasy put them in thier box if you are wearing sunglasses to save you the heart ache of going and fining them scratched or broken.

Never ever lend them to small children, the WILL get broken, or at the lease, miss-shapen.

  2. avoid putting them face down so the lenses get scratched.

use a glass's case when you are not wearing them.

avoid pulling then off  your head sideways a sit stretches the frames.

avoid chemicals and do not RUB  hard when cleaning as it will scratch the lens.

think about getting Laser treatment later when you need to replace them.

  3. Don't put them down without putting them in their case

    Use a hard case

Don't put them on the top of your head

    Don't sit on them

NEVER put them in your pocket

Don't clean them with anything other than soft natural fibres - eg soft knitted cotton or a glasses cleaner - no tissues etc.

Take them off/put them on carefully - straight ON, not sideways.

Don't use chemicals to clean them - only glasses cleaners.

Don't try to stretch the arms if they are too tight - take them back to the optician to have the frame moulded a bit.

Don't forget to change your avatar!

  4. dont lie down when wearing your glasses!its happened to me a million times when i am sitting back watchin tv i lie back and your glasses can go out of shape. also when removing your glasses and putting them on use both hands to put them on&take them off. if you use one hand on one side the arm of the glasses becomes loose.

  5. Get a good case that cannot be crushed, even when you sit on it.

A good lens cloth is a must - I use mine several times during the day. Otherwise I'm always looking through smudgy lenses - not good!

  6. i got glasses today as wel an i dont know what to do to look after them! just have to make sure an clean them an not squash them xx

  7. Store them in their glasses case, clean them with the little cloth, also use a cleaning solution spray on them. Wash the cloth once in a while.

At the start everyone looks after them well then they don't that much.

Generally if u are travelling and staying out all night make sure u bring ur glasses case.

In the house jst set them on them somewhere u remember so that u dnt lose them, never leave them on the floor.

In the past i accidently sat on my glasses.

  8. A few points:

    1. Dont put them down with the lense facing down.

    2. Keep them in the case when not using them

    3. Regulary wipe the lenses with the cloth thats normally provided with your glasses.

And just be careful with them.

    Hope this helps

  9. -make sure u dont fall asleep with them on.

-dont try to bend and twist them.

    -clean them often.

-if u put the glasses in a case dont forget where u put the case(lost my glasses for 1 year cause i lost them)

-dont put them on something with the lens down

-DONT set them the floor(i stepped on my glasses and they broke)

-Dont clean your glasses with paper towel use the cloth they give you(i scracted my glasses using paper towel)

Well thats all i can think of hope this helped.

  10. yeah. remember where they are.

    don't sit on 'em.

  11. Don't play rugby in them like me =<

    they snap and bend

  12. Don't use Kleenex or tissues to clean them, as it scratches them because there are tiny particles of wood in them allegedly. Keep them in their case when you are not wearing them, don't drop them, sit on them, break them or lose them. Don't wear them when you don't need to otherwise your eyes will get worse. I tried this and some how I don't need glasses anymore. Amazing!
