Glenn Beck just called Sarah Palin "White Trash"?

I watched the commentary, he called her "white trash" in that she is like, what he claimed, was an average American, then described himself as white trash as well.

It was disturbing to say the least, as I truly believe in calling her white trash he said it like it was a marketing attribute; 30% less filling, 60% more white trash....

Weird.

He said that was how he relates to her.

If he said it, he said it on CNN Headline News.  They don't let republicans on the regular CNN.  Even so, it's his opinion.

Glenn Beck loves Sarah Palin.  She's been on his show many times, I saw him praising McCain's picking her just the other day.  It must have been said "tongue-in-cheek" Beck does this often.

I am African American and I have never in my life referred to anyone as "White Trash."  I think such insulting, derogatory names are entirely inappropriate and any so-called news commentator that used that term is despicable.

Well, I can tell you I listened to his radio show today.  He was praising her.  So, what ever he said must have been taken out of context or he was making fun of how the left sees her.

Because on his radio show he did talk about what a "mountain woman" she was that the left was going crazy over that.

Beck loves this woman.  What ever he was talking about must have been to poke fun at the left.... Not to slam Palin.

No, I don't think she's "White Trash".  However, I think she is an inappropriate  VP candidate only a heartbeat away from Presidency.  Some people seem to forget that the VP is next in line for Presidency should ANY President succumb to ill health or death.  We need to look very, very closely at the VP candidates as well as Presidential Candidates, friends.
